    Beautifully decorated luxurious lobby that welcomes guests warmly.

    The receptionist was rude and made the process unnecessarily difficult. The air conditioning in my room was weak, especially during warmer days.

    Really enjoyed the place, had a perfect stay with the laundry service. Airy and large room with a terrace overlooking the Gulf, immensely comfortable bed, separate shower, and the pool was clean. The location was magnificent for me, in the restaurant that will be an all-night party.

    100% recommend this place and would come there again. Loved my really really nice stay with our 2-night visit. The staff members were very friendly and pleasant. The location was favourable and stunning for me. The area was safe, a wonderful base for me.

    The hotel was quite underwhelming, to say the least. I had to bother others to see menus due to their ridiculous QR code system. The AC was weak, I expected a royal suite upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, what a letdown!

    Very nice service. The friendly bar staff, especially Talha, elevate the experience. The seasonal outdoor pool was refreshing, perfect for relaxation.

    excellent stay but minor hiccup

    The early check-in made my arrival smooth after a late flight. The staff was professional, always greeting us with a smile. I enjoyed the fine mountain view from my beautiful room. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a long day.

    The parking area could have been better organized.

    The gym was great and super clean. We loved exploring the beautiful Yuvacik Dam just 1 km away. Beşkayalar Natural Park was perfect for trekking and picnicking. Breakfast had a ton of choices and really got us going for the day. Definitely planning on returning for the friendly service and modern features!
